The Team
Brandon King
Brandon King has been fishing for as long as he can remember, He started his guiding career in 2007 in Mozambique, fishing both blue water and inshore mangrove systems. This lead him to Zambia where he guided on the Upper Zambezi targeting tiger fish on both fly and conventional gear. His love of saltwater and fly fishing landed him on one of the most exclusive and highly sought after guiding positions in the world, on Alphonse Island in the Seychelles, where he worked for 3 years. He moved on to run a fishing operation in Madagascar, targeting sailfish, marlin and giant trevally among other species.
He has travelled and fished around the world from Cuba, Seychelles, Saudi Arabia ,Sudan, Australia, Zambia, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mozambique, Scotland, England, UAE, Oman, Slovenia , Mexico and South Africa. The summers he spent exploring the UK chalk streams, the Test and Kennet.
Finally settling in Oman to start his latest fly fishing operation Arabian Fly Sport fishing that operates in multiple destinations along the Omani coastline.
It is here that he now calls home. A destination that offers both inshore and offshore, fly and conventional fishing. Here that his clients can target the infamous Indo-pacific and Africanus permit or spend the day exploring the many bays and rocky outcrops by boat targeting Trevally, bluefish, milkfish and queen fish. Or troll the drop off teasing billfish, dorado and tuna from the deep.
